Having watched a family friend making his living from rental income, Brett’s love for property investment began as a child. He invested in and personally renovated several properties in the US at an early age and now, some 12 years later, has gained direct experience in residential renovations and conversions, being a landlord, a management agent and in property sales, Brett has worked with over 3,000 tenants in houses, HMOs, and blocks of flats.
