Our fees are simple, we will not charge our sellers a ‘sale’ fee like your typical high street agent. We obtain our fee from the buyer.
We do charge a one-off marketing fee to sell of £1000.00 +VAT per property which is payable on confirmation of instruction by the seller.
Our buyer's fee is 1.5% + VAT of the agreed sale price.
Our fee is broken down into two parts:
• Part 1: 0.5% + VAT is paid as a reservation fee on acceptance of an offer. This ensures we no longer market the property as "For Sale" and it will be marked as S.S.T.C.
• Part 2: The remaining 1% + VAT is to be paid within 7 days of exchange of contracts or on the date of completion, whichever is soonest.

For properties referred to us by our affiliate partners which result in a completed sale, our partner will receive 0.25% of the final sale price.
